About

Judah on stage at Judah FestJudah Hoehne felt he needed to bring a concert to Corpus Christi, Texas to reach the world for Christ. He shared his vision with others and was told to pray. He would pray but he did not know how to start something of this magnitude! This of course has changed! During a revival, the Lord began to press his heart to pursue this idea once again. During the altar call, the pastor asked for those who wanted to freely give their lives to Christ or who wanted to do His will for their lives to come up to the front. Judah did not go up right away due to embarrassment but the feeling to go up front kept persisting. So he did what any respectable wheelchair bound person would do, he got his dad to wheel him up to the front. Judah was being stubborn at first but eventually realized that he is just a tool that can be used by the higher power.

Judah is an extraordinary young man because he has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, which is a disease that is fatal and has no cure. The doctors told him that he would live until the ripe old age of 18-21. He is now 24! He gives all of the credit to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who he credits for his long life. He also says that without Him none of this could be possible.

Judah just wants to show the love that he has on a grand scale before his time on earth is done. He wants Judahfest to live out his legacy before the world. The featured artists This year are Dove award nominees..The Afters, KJ-52, The Red Airplanes, with special guest, Whitewash and Ash & Debra Scott And Prophecy...The vision is to not only have a great concert but to tell those who don't know about Christ and to get them plugged into healthy local churches. This is the first of many outreaches to follow. We plan to put on many, many, more to include Musical artist and speakers.

We want to bring Judahfest to Corpus Christi and America annually. It is our desire to bring something different to this great city and country. We believe that the Lord has called us to reach the youth and college people of America in a new light. They are our future leaders and for this reason it is our responsibility to reach out to them. We not only want to share Christ's love with young people, but to everybody else as well. If we as Christians are not doing so, then living is meaningless. Christians do get a bad rap now days but Judahfest wants to show those who think that way that we are different. We love Jesus with all of our heart and we want you to have the same joy that we have in our lives. We love you guys and Judahfest is our gift to you. Judahfest wants to give you more concerts of this caliber so be in anticipation for the next one.
